At the intersection of Allendale and Walnut Street Pike there are several evergreen trees/bushes that make it nearly impossible to see the traffic coming north on Walnut St Pk and results in many cars pulling in out into cross traffic in a dangerous way. The trees are on private property on the south side of the intersection.
They have a large trampoline in their front yard that is on the public sidewalk.

Adams and 2nd street lights, as well as Adams and Patterson lights, take what seems to be a much longer time for cars on either side of Adams. I have sat here for more than 5 minutes with almost no traffic on 2nd. I have also been in a line of 10 cars all waiting forever. Especially when only one car is on either side of Allen, this light is probably the worst I've experienced in town (2nd worst is Adams at Patterson, which also seems to have changed in the recent past to take forever). Please allow these two intersections to change so that the Adams lights on both have a more frequent change or less time to wait. Thank you.
Overgrowth of vegetation prevents use of the sidewalk.
Can you look at installing a dead end sign at the intersection of S. Hathaway Ct. and E. Cathcart Drive? Cars keep driving thru the neighborhood in an attempt to get to the parking lot at Southest Park and many turn around in the driveways of the houses on Hathaway.
Attempting to turn left onto Hillside onto Washington is extremely difficult during high traffic times. Contributing to this is the very poor sight line when attempting to see oncoming traffic - the hill up from walnut blocks westbound traffic to a degree, and the porch structure built to the property line at 202 E Hillside makes it very hard to see eastbound traffic. What could be done to make this intersection feel less perilous?
Curb has disintegrated over the years. As people turn from Jackson st onto Smith Ave they are driving onto my property due to there being a lack of boundary between the road and my back yard. My property is 606 W. Howe Street and the issue is the the backyard where it boarders Smith Ave. My husband and I would really appreciate it if this curb could be rebuilt to prevent further damage. I was struck that there are pedestrian ramps on the south side of W. 3rd St. This indicates to me, as a pedestrian, that there is an intention for me to be able to cross Patterson Blvd. Having done this on multiple occasions, I take my life in my hands: there is a right-hand turning lane on Patterson at 3rd. Many vehicles turn right onto Patterson while traveling east on 3rd, and don't anticipate a pedestrian. There is no crosswalk at this location, which will be imperative with the new retail development just west of this intersection. While I doubt that there are many pedestrians crossing here, you may as well anticipate a crossing signal, which would be a kindness.
Is it possible to install one of the temp speed signs on Renwick Blvd? Residents in the neighborhood routinely drive over 40 mph and there are many children and pedestrians on the road throughout day. Also, the speed limit sign before you reach East Moores on Renwick is blocked by a tree.
