There is a 2 by 1 foot pothole that was intentionally dug in the alley that runs behind the property.So the pothole is between the property and the Hutton Honors College. Don't know if the city or party that dug it was looking for pipes or what, but the hole has been there for almost two weeks unfilled. There are 6 parking spots all in a row behind the property. The pothole is dug in such a way that it is directly behind a parking spot making the spot unusable. Also, when the pothole was initially dug there was already a car in the parking spot. The pothole was dug directly behind the tires of the car making it impossible to avoid when the car backed out. May want to instruct crews or whichever party was responsible not to do that. Pothole should not be hard to spot. Please let me know at the email address provided when to expect the pothole to be filled and if there is any other info you need Thank You

The area where we park on the side of the road (if coming off of 7th street heading towards 5th, on the right side) is pretty rutted up and turns into a big mud hole when it rains. It looks like it just needs more gravel.

The construction at the corner of 11th and Walnut of the new apartment building has left this area of Walnut hazardous and capable in inflicting vehicle damage even when travelling slowing, especially the utility cut across Walnut which has not been filled in to be even with the road surface. This is the same type of problem that existed at 11th and Rogers but is horizontal across the street instead of diagonal across the intersection. The problem at 11th was fixed but this one needs attention ASAP to prevent damage to vehicles and subsequent claims to the city for that damage. There are also breaks and holes and bumps in the pavement at the crest and going down the other side towards 12th street and so on. Pothole on Walnut St. is very deep and there were no signs. I turned onto Walnut from 11th street and there were no warnings for the pothole. My car bottomed out and cracked the front bumper and broke clips to where it is hanging. I parked to look at the pothole and walked up the street and took pictures, showing that there are no signs, and to show that this pothole is very deep, roughly a 2" drop. This incident occurred on Sunday August 23, 2015.

There is construction on the corner of 17th and Rogers. The construction company cut across the road and the gravel they put down has been reduced and there is a big bump. It's been like that for 2 weeks. If they could add more gravel it would be helpful until they complete a patch. Weddle Brothers is the construction company.

Street needs repaved. Filed u-report 8/14/21 reporting same problem which was closed 8/19/21 indicating hot patch crew sent to area. Street in front of my property on west side of street and extending down to Saratoga Drive remains with areas of broken down and damaged pavement that was not hot patched. The patching is a temporary fix that does not last due to the poor drainage. The drain culvert in front of my house is filled with road debris, sand and dirt. After any significant rain, this collects water which does not drain as the culverts need repaired to allow for better drainage to the road drain near Saratoga Drive. The road slopes to the west which compounds the problem. Was told last year the issue with the water collecting in front of my house in the culvert was due to asphalt that was placed at the end of my driveway blocking the flow of the water. My driveway was replaced in March with nothing blocking the culvert now, and it continues to be an issue. I noticed the badly damaged road and culvert on Saratoga Drive was repaired thankfully. Would like to see the same kind of repair done along this area of Park Ridge Rd , however, the majority of the roads and culverts in the addition need attention.

I made the mistake of driving down 14th St at the new development today when I saw it was open. I cannot believe that the city allows something like this to exist! I have never seen a road in such bad condition within the city and it is upsetting that we continue to allow this to happen.

Westside of 215 9th St. - is an old alley that needs repaired or closed down, we are having people park in the yards of 215 & 221 9th Street to make repairs to neighboring houses because the alley is not functional

"Road Construction Ahead" sign is still at 206/208 South Clark St. even though the work on East Third appears to be finished.
