Homeless man and friends congregating in the building and trades park - upper shelter house. Drinking most days of the week. I Have witnessed them drinking a case of bud lite as well as pouring a handle of liquor into their water bottles. This would not normally bother me, however I am a homeowner in the near vicinity. I have witnessed a decline in the amount of people bringing their kids to the park due to this increase in the homeless population as well as their increase in how comfortable they (I.e. Dogs off leash, air mattress, sleeping bags, etc). I have recently done a lot of work to my house and am worried that this activity in this park will affect my property value. I would appreciate if there was some way to address this homeless population in my neighborhood park. If there could be more patrols by the park at random times throughout the day as well as at at night (they sleep under the shelter house as well) I feel that it may help stop some of this activity. As a young female; I am hesitant to contact the police at each one of these instances for fear of retaliation/they know where I live/may know it's me calling.

Hello, I live at 646 Bayberry Ct W and have been drinking tap water for years. My impression is that the taste changed significantly for the worse about a month or so ago. There was one day when it was so bad that I could not swallow it. It improved somewhat after that but still has much more of an after-taste than in the past, in spite of the fact that I bought myself a water filter. What is the cause of this and what can/will you do about it? I really don't want to have to start buying bottled water again.

Hole in road on Palmer just north of Dodds. Possible storm water pipe that has deteriorated, rusted sharp metal just below road surface.

We have a sidewalk already, but I have a question about modifying it. We are considering having some drainage work done on our property and would like a drain/grate through the sidewalk to help with water draining. We've seen some in the sidewalks along Blair Ave. and were curious about how to have one installed. There appears to be a leak in the water hydrant on Oak Street between 5th and 6th Street, at the alley. The east side of Oak Street is always wet even when it's not raining, and it's directly across from a hydrant. I couldn't find a place to share this information so please share it with the right group. Thanks!!!
