storm water pipes are clogged and stream bed is eroding. This is on the B-line just west of the rail overpass and across from the new Habitat development. Looks like i'm about to loose a tree to erosion in the storm ditch.

street light in backyard of: tag ID #763 673 "Inspected 2006 Cinergy" This light in our backyard turns on when it gets dark, however, it makes a very loud buzzing sound. There is a wooden sign attached to the base of the plaza sign that is blocking line of site for vehicles southbound Willis Dr. Sign is located at 924 W. 17th St.
Under the underpass is a drainpipe that has ice built up around it. When it rains water gushes out of it . It's right over the exit from 37 northbound to 46 eastbound.
Street light out at intersection. It's been like this for a long time. It's the one exactly on the intersection. Also the storm sewer grate at this same location is clogged.
Norm Mosier in HAND reported there was excessive growth in the alley way between Walnut & Washington all the way to just north of Allen starting North of Grimes
In space between 124 E. Kirkwood and 110 S. Washington. Can be accessed from Washington St. on north side of 110 S. Washington St. property. There is a gate that is unlocked allowing unrestricted access. During a site visit, I discovered a strong smell of urine in this area. Contractors working on site stated people are sleeping and urinating in the area. Please have owner, Paul Pruitt, place lock on gate.
