This property appears to belong to Duke Energy and has shown this level of overgrowth for weeks (obviously!) The overgrowth is a perfect habitat from woodland creatures, but is not consistent with code. It impinges on the multi-use path. Furthermore, if other property owners are expected to control vegetative growth, then this property owner should be expected to do likewise. This has not been an issue in the past and it was mowed with the rest of Duke's lawn.

The southbound lights on College Mall Rd. by IHOP need to turn green before the left-turn signal turns green on westbound E 3rd St. The southbound light stays red and left-turning cars get stuck in the intersection even though the light just turned green. The turn light turns yellow before the southbound light turns green. I've both been stuck in the intersection and stuck going eastbound on College, being blocked by turning cars stuck in the intersection. This only occurs during rush hour but it always occurs during rush hour.

There’s a lot of trash strewn in this on the north side of the overpass just west of the trail, including a grocery cart. It’s been there for days and looks like people are going through it and spreading it around further. Thank you.

Just got a massive flat tire from a pothole on the road between style encore/kid to kid parking lot and the fireworks shop on the main thoroughfare. there was a car avoiding 4 potholes on their side of the road which forced me into the pot hole on my side of the road. these potholes are MASSIVE and caused major damage to my tire and my alignment, as well.

This brown/green station wagon (license plate: AA315D) has been sitting in this space on S Washington, very far from the curb, for over 2 weeks now. It has been reported before with no response, and it's incredibly difficult to drive by or enter/exit the driveways near it.

This red pickup truck has been sitting on the corner of S Washington for over 2 weeks now. It has been reported before and the citations on the car have not moved. It takes up a lot of space on the block, making it difficult for residents to find parking.

There is a speed limit sign laying on my personal sidewalk that has been there for about 3 weeks now and I want it removed from the walk way. Theres no reason it should still be laying there when there has been crews all around us cleaning and fixing things. They just look at it and go on as if it's our problem to deal with. If Noone can move it for us I will gladly walk it to one of the sites close to me and leave it for them to take care of. Its been in my yard long enough.

We manage a property located at 315 University St. There is a construction sign laying on the side of the walkway and front yard for over 4 months. There is no active construction and this is a safety issue. I am requesting the sign get removed immediately. Thank you
