The phone at Community Ford/Nissan/Jeep (I'm not sure from which building it comes) is connected to a loudspeaker and rings any time of day or night. It can be heard very clearly from my house in Broadview. It can be extremely annoying. This has been an issue for years. Surely there is a better method with the technology that we have today.

At the southeast corner of Lincoln and Third, in the crosswalk across Third, there's what looks like a recent asphalt patch with a hole that seems to pose a tripping hazard. It looks like the asphalt sunk in or subsided after it was applied.

There are two big drop offs/pavement breakups/potholes at the corner of Clover Terrace and Cascades Dr. that need to be repaired. They have been this way for a couple months and are getting worse. Actually our whole neighborhood's streets are in bad shape, need repaving. Worse they have ever been in years (I've lived there for 50).
