There is a dumpster in the front yard of this residence and it's filled with trash for weeks. As a result the neighborhood reeks of trash consistently and the amount of raccoons are zoo like. My neighbors and I have been hiding indoors and closing our windows despite this beautiful weather because the trash has taken over all of our senses. I was wondering if anything can be done about this.

Woodlawn is in terrible condition, especially from just south of the intersection of 2nd and Woodlawn (heading north) on to Atwater. The whole street could stand to be resurfaced.
Multiple potholes eastbound on 2nd
David Baker from Fee all the way around to 17th has bunch pot holes, couple big enough to cause small car to get stuck

Street drain on south side of Sussex is completely clogged up with leaves and branches. Gutters are in pretty full too. Both need to be cleaned out.
There a group of teenage kids riding electric dirt bikes in and around southeast park. From what I can gather these are street legal, and they don't belong in the parks either.
Fire hydrant was replaced about a year ago (opposite side of 1525 S. Sare Rd) and Street was never properly repaired or paved over...just keeps getting bigger over time and is potentially hazardous to Southbound Traffic...Filled this out a couple weeks ago and no response...Please at least acknowledge...Thank you!
