The drainage hole in the backyard between 4100 Bill Mallory Bld and 714 S Park Ridge Rd (Gentry Honours) is filled with mud and causing slow drainage and standing water. The drain appears to need a grate covering and possible rip rap to prevent debris from washing into the drain. The standing water which last for a couple days after rain is causing a mosquito infestation. It has become a health hazard. Please let me know how I should proceed. First St. just east of Highland was torn up to replace a lead pipe, but the asphalt repair has a serious hole and flaws with potential tire damage at 30 mph.

Unsightly Bloomington Areas - The third street exit from 37 is terribly ugly with weeds in the medians and cracked pavement. Can we make Bloomington more attractive on the West side. Also, on West Third at the intersection near the graveyard there is a huge unkempt lot. With all the apartment building there, can it be turned into a beautiful park. The residents and folks driving on third street would love it.

The property owner has created a parking space by pouring gravel on the ground at the intersection of the alleys. There were two vehicles parked on the gravel this last weekend, and a total of seven vehicles parked on the property.
