The water usage is exceedingly high and we are not sure why. The amount that is recorded as being used seems like way more than we could use, and we suspect there may be an issue with the water meter or a potential leak somewhere that is causing an issue with the reading.

City owned parcels on West cottage Grove east of Monroe Street are overgrown and obstructing sidewalk passage. This is the only sidewalk and poison ivy and brush make it difficult to navigate. There's a tree marked for removal that needs addressed before it causes injury or property damage. This has been reported before.
Hello, I am writing to inquire about whether the sidewalk on the east side of S. Jackson St. between 3rd and 4th streets can be repaired. As a person with a visual impairment, I have a terrible time walking on the sidewalk in this location, which is in the block where my house is. The sidewalk is very uneven, with tripping hazards throughout its course due to decay. If I didn't have a visual impairment, it would certainly be easier to walk on this part of the sidewalk, but I know that others with no visual impairment also have a difficult time because of the deteriorated surface. When it rains, water sheds to the west off the B-Line and drops sediment on the sidewalk along Kirkwood. It seems preferable that the water would shed toward Morton Street where the storm water drains can do their job. The sediment deposit from the rain last week is still covering the sidewalk on the north side of Kirkwood.

Vehicle come off Bloomfield rd on to Allen St an Accelerate way beyond the 25 mph speed and there are some cars and trucks with very loud exhaust that you can hear them as they get farther away. There are 6 intersection in this stretch of Allen st. Could the City place some traffic calming device on Allen St from Bloomfield Rd to Adams st? I have requested this 6 months ago and have not heard anything.
My daughter hit this. I've seen other cars come close if 2 cars meet. We asked him to fix it twice, with nothing being done. Shirley this can't be okay or safe with the things setting in the middle of the road
