The house at 1415 W 11th st has been abandoned by the owner for months and is unsafe to the neighborhood. There are animals living inside and years worth of trash dumped behind the house. Toilets, tires, carpeting, insulation, etc. If the owner is not forced to remedy the situation he will leave it like this indefinitely. Please help!

The property at 1413 W 11th St is unsafe and a detriment to the neighborhood. The owner has not been around since mid-July and the house is uninhabitable. There has been no work done on the house all summer. A window has been open this entire time. The yard is overgrown in front and back and there is a tremendous amount of trash in the back yard.
