The stop light at Pete Ellis Drive/Range Road crossing 10th street has definitely changed for the worst. Going north from Pete Ellis to Range Road a car can sit several minutes in the morning with no traffic repeatedly on 10th. I actually watched a co-worker turn into McDonald's in front of me and then be a few cars behind me and go through the light when I did. I just sat over a minute with no traffic on 10th and watched a car back out of Fountain Park apartments, cross their big lot and make the 10th street light - and I still was sitting there and watched cars come over the east view and still make the light while I still waited. This light needs the timing changed or a better sensor.

The street lights on S Mitchell St never come on at night. I am not 100% sure if they are city-maintained or not, though, but was unsure about where else to report this issue.

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. Thanks for this ureport.

The Side walk is cracked and it collects mud, water (and ice in the winter) The pavement is uneven and creates a hazard at night

I am moving out of my apartment at 319 N Dunn St and put some of my unwanted furniture and other things on the curb along 8th St. while I finished packing and cleaning. Someone came by at some point and left this furniture on the curb with my furniture, essentially littering in my yard. I need to be out of my apartment by August 2, and I cannot leave that there. I do not have the means to move it, as it is not mine. Can anything be done about this? Thanks for any help and info
