Citizen notified the City through the E-governmental web site that there is excessive overgrowth on what appears to be vacant lot in the 500 block of East Grimes Lane.

would like to have stop signs replaced and traffic lines repainted at the following intersections: arden+windsor, windsor+wilton, and arden+witon.
wanting extra police patrols around his neighborhood durning communting times because there is a lot of traffic, that creates a dangerous situation.
looking for information on who is the responsible party in regrads to cleaning out a clogged ditch next to his residence.
wanted to know what he should do about an intimidating looking tree that was near to his property.
requesting a crosswalk at the entrance of sherwood oaks church where rogers road and spicewood lane intersect.

Citizen stated that in the 600 block of N. Smith Road in what use to be the old Ken-Lawn Garder Center that the grass has not been moved this season and the grass is high.
Neighor of the above address states the property owner appears to have mental issues and is reclusive. However, the lawn has not been moved this year.
mr niemann voiced his building frustration regarding the winslow farm/sweetbriar drainage creek project. apparently, he has been bringing this to our attention annually for the past three years. claims that the only work that we have done was done done poorly and was not graded properly, thus creating an eroding gouge. furthermore, it is effecting his property value.
