Received email from the planning dept. The uncontainered trash bags around the back wall of 809 S. Fess are an increasing nuisance on our block. When I complain to the students, they clean up the alley a bit but do not put out their trash weekly. The raccoons, rats, ect. get into it and carry bits of garbage around the back alley, where my toddler and I like to walk. This week is a typical example of what is lying around back there. This may not be the exact address but close. A neighbor on E. Poplar Ct. has been piling up yard waste (branches) in the city easement just east on E. Rogers.

tenants at this house leave their trash out in the backyard for weeks at a time without trash cans. this has caused a rodent problem.

Mr. Troxall sent an email that stated that the NW corner of the intersection of E. Hillside Drive & L. Longwood Drive that has a large amount of vegetative overgrowth from lawn that covers sidewalk.
