Letter from Ms. Henderson stated that she communicated to Util. Dept. personnel several times that she bought property that previous was on auto withdrawal for payment. She states she was assured that the January bill would not be to the account of previous owners. It was sent to wrong account, however. Ms. Henderson states she has had problems with Util. Dept. personnel in getting account straightened many times. Letter was sent to Mayor Kruzan.

Letter from Mr. Mascari stated his October bill was unusually high for sewer portion and that he did not receive the notice until he received his December bill. Mr. Mascari would like to appeal this matter to the USB.

Letter was received from Mr. Johnson requesting relief from USB for inordinately high water bill received in January 2001 for water lost at 8615 S. Fairfax Road (aircraft storage hangar on grounds of Monroe Co. Airport.

Customer states that CBU employee could find no leaks and flipped a switch in toilet and stated that the problem was solved. Customer feels that CBU should have checked more closely.
