THE STORM DRAIN IS ON THE HIGH SIDE OF THE STREET. MR. CARRICO HAS INSTALLED A RETAINING WALL AND WAS GOING TO BACK DIRT UP TO THE WALL, BUT THE CONTRACTOR STATED THAT THIS WOULD NOT PREVENT THE WATER FROM GOING INTO THE BASEMENT.
Residents always sit trash out several days before Sanitation picks up the trash; meanwhile animals tear the bags open.
