Man called who lives at 613 E 12th St, says he walks in neighborhood and several undergrad homes along 11th near Park Ave extending to 12th St (near corner of Park & 11th) have trash on porch and in rear of home often, saw 2 giant rats last night, very concerned!!!

Neighbor called and said he's called months ago and no change; there is cluttered trash throughout property, yes it is occupied, i.e strollers, toys, hay..etc.

Mrs. Algood stated she had stickers on lid of can. Crews took the stickers but left a bag of trash in the can. She is elderly and hope they can come back to pick it up.
