Street markings need to be repainted. Worst section is 2nd Street from downtown to Hwy. 37. Also College & Walnut. Ms. Harker almost had a wreck because of lack of clear street markings.

The vacant lot at Pinewood Dr. & Pinewood Lane is unmowed. It is owned by the city. The grass is past knee high. Complaintant mowed it himself at least once last year. The company the city hired to cut this lot has only mowed it once this year.

Neighbors turned front yard into circular drive a year ago, piles of cement, and dirt are still there. It's an eyesore, also uncut weeds around it. This is in Hyde Park.
