Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.

Mrs. Taylor stated that the rain water drains across the road and floods the properties around 700-716 E hillside. The problem started after road work was finished.
