Sue Hill complained that her neighbor at 911 W. 3rd street is using a publicly owned alley between their two properties for her own personal use. This apparently doesn't bother her, however, the neighbor has been putting things like yard trimmings on to Ms. Hill's property without permission

Mr. Hill said he had too much recycling for his two allotted recycling bins. He sorted all his recycling and puts the rest of it into two black bags to recycle. However, they were not picked up.

Caller complained that the playground at Country View is in disrepair: grass growing under the equipment, inadequate equipment, etc. I'm not even sure this is city property -- obviously not a Parks & Rec-maintained park. Also complaints about crumbling sidewalks, unpaved parking lots, etc.
