Mrs. Belcher said that her neighbor's grass has not been mowed this season. It is not occupied currently. Please contact Mrs. Belcher upon inspection to notify her of the status of this complaint.
Street Department reported that the bushes and weeds have grown out over the sidewalk. This creates a line if sight problem as well as making is difficult for pedestrians to walk on the sidewalk.

Customer called Insight to downgrade from Classic to Basic; her bill read "change of service upgrade $13.95"; cust. called Insight to question bill and was told it was to cover the cost of the tech site visit. Cust. feels she is paying more to pay less; she wanted to downgrade for financial reasons, and instead she paid the cost of a full month of service.
