Neighbor reports that there are multiple bags of trash in the yard and that animals get into the trash and scatter it. nieghbor stated that the owner moved in her son and now there are 10 or 12 people there all of the time. Neighbor would like this mater dealt with as soon as possible as she is worried about rodents.
