Went into a long diatribe about her current landlord but didn't have any specifics on what the City should do to alleviate the problem. Said she has contacted the ICLU and will write a letter to the H-T.

FYI--Mr. Rogers called to complain about several officers actions during an incident in which he was assaulted. He filed an internal complaint form w/ BPD & has not heard back. He is "disgusted" w/ the way BPD has handled this case & wants to speak to the Mayor. I told him that he shld allow for all the steps in the complaint process to run their course. Mr. Rogers said he wld contact Brd Public Safety, but expected to receive a phone call from the Mayor. He stated he wld call Channel 6.
