re: Lower Cascades Ball Fields. Lower Cascades has piles of leaves and debris at ball fields. There is a very strong smell like "rotten olives" coming from these piles. Caller has called police in reference to illegal dumping. He is very concerned about this illegal dumping. The odor is very strong from parking lot to intersection. PLEASE CALL BACK!
Customer got blue bill and service was terminated.
Rails to Trails: there is barbed wire in a patch of trees. She was walking around dusk and walked into it. Had to get 6 stitches. Is in the Sommersby neighborhood. (It sounds like there is a small path that leads from Sommersby to the main trail. This is where she encountered the barbed wire. This may not actually be a "real" path.)
WATER BACKED UP FROM STOOL WHILE CITY TRUCK CLEANING SEWER LINES EARLIER TODAY.
When customer changed meters to Aqua Pay, both names on meter received bill for minimum amount. Customer feels this is double billing and should not be allowed.
Ms. King called and said that she knew water was turned off at 323 S. Grant for work by T&D; however, the trucks are gone and she still has no water.
TRASH WAS PILED UP ON THE SIDE WALK WHERE PEOPLE HAVE TO WALK.
