Blocked stop sign- I have posted this before, when a food truck parks on Kirkwood in front of the library near Lincoln (north side of the street) the stop sign for west bound traffic is obscured. In the 5 minutes I have been watching, 4 cars have completely run the stop sign. If the sign was in the small planter bed closest to the street or mounted on the same pole as the street sign, this might be avoided. Or at a minimum post no parking sign for tall vehicles. Thanks!

Some neighbors on Buttonwood Lane in Spicewood II (a sign is placed on Sare Road) have a coffee, baked goods sale every Sunday in their driveway. This has been going on for over 6 months. Doesn’t the kitchen have to be licensed? A week or 2 seemed ok but this is going on forever. I think a percentage of revenue goes to charity. ??

Are restaurants with parklets allowed to keep non customers off of their tables? Tap says the tables in the street, in the public right of way, are only for their customers. That does not seem right.

There is very loud music coming from cars using the Exxon gas station at the corner of N Summit and W 11th st. Every night, cars park there and play very loud music for 10-15 minutes at a time. This happens almost every night, sometimes several times per night. It happens at midnight, or at 1, 2 or 3 am. The music can be heard from our bedroom and our house walls vibrate. This has become very uncomfortable as it wakes us up every time it happens. This is a noise violation since we can hear it from our home. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

Best Ride Taxi is doubling the fare without notice and threatening to take me to the police. The driver I think his name is Robbie ran a few stop signs and his car was not safe at all. I submitted a report yesterday, May 5, 2023. As my husband and I thought back through the week... it was Tuesday morning, May 2, 2023 when this happened. Driving south on Rogers at 8:15am. A work sign crashed into my car. The worker and I examined the side of the car. At home, I saw that the antennae has been slashed; there is also some damage to the top of the car in front of the antennae. My case number is #183678 and was given to Adam Weson to handle. I am emailing to request a target date we will be required to vacate our space. Warrant Technologies currently resides in the Showers Building at 320 W. 8th St, Suite 207 Bloomington, IN 47404. We have been verbally notified by three different city representatives, one of which was the deputy mayor, that will be required to move out prior to end of our lease. We have inquired each time – When will we be required to move? No response has been provided to date. This is having a detrimental impact to our ability to support our customers. We cannot plan for / execute upgrades needed to include facility security measures, classified holding capability, expanded connectivity to include classified connection, cooling, alarms, and additional access control. Warrant needs an answer to the following questions; • Will we be required to move out? • If yes, when will we be required to move? • If no, will we be able to exercise our lease option years?
