Homeless blocking and sleeping on the sidewalk south side of 2nd st between college and walnut and camping in the park late night along walnut st
People are living in the park again. There is a tent like structure blocking the stairs.
There are homeless people living in sheds behind this house. They have numerous dogs and one of them attacked a man in the backyard a couple of days ago. These dogs are always off-leash and also come into other neighbors' yards agressively. We need the city to deal with this situation
There is a syringe along the road about half way between 6th and 7th on Oak street. It is right across the street from the very large sycamore tree on the west side.
This image shows a scooter parked in violation of Bloomington's city code near the intersection of Walnut and 12th Streets (39.174306, -86.533497) at 2021-11-20 07:27:00. I believe this infraction is citable and finable under the city's ordinance. If no citation or fine is issued, I would like to be notified within a reasonable time with the specific reasons why the local law will not be enforced in this instance. Thanks.
There is a homeless man with a dog named John outside the Starbucks on Indiana ave, and I really want to see the city help this man out, he is a lovely soul and deserves to be helped
We work for IU Real Estate and we received a report from a staff member at our Commercial Building, Starbucks stating, "I wasn’t sure who to reach out to but I wanted to make someone aware just in case. While running trash outside to our trash bins in the alley, I came out right as what appeared to be an unhoused man threw his items on the ground and loudly said “Well I need to take a sh**.” He started removing his pants and went into the cut out just passed our alley side doors where there are two large dumpsters (I believe for the residents upstairs). I do apologize for anyone that has to handle this, but I wanted to make you aware in case there was a mess with any kind of human excrement there." I have attached a picture of the area they are referring to. Please contact our office with any questions or concerns. (812) 855-3054.
Unhoused individuals setting up tents and sleeping on this private property. this is an ongoing problem that has been reported to BPD and also Mayor's office.
Hello: I am sick of seeing these vagrants walking by my house at the corner of College Street and West Hillside Drive. I spoke to an officer last Tuesday and requested more police car drive by’s, evidently it is not working. I appreciate it, if more police cars can be visible in this neighborhood, behind the Switchyard Park, which drives them in. Please put a barrier on College Street and the South Side of the park by the Walnut Street side of the SWITCHYARD Park Parking Lot where the vagrants enter and exit with back packs and bicycles going through the Railroad Park neighborhood where your police department and YOU ignore for safety. I’ve reported this issue to Governor Braun, Erin Houchin US Representative of the House of Representatives and US Senator Todd Young. Please feel free to visit me at 117 W.Hillside Drive in your fair city for a front yard porch chat to watch all the “traffic “ go by my house. Thank you, Maryann Iaria 117 W.
