Walkers need a pedestrian crossing signal and equally important, Pete Ellis road to hospital must complete its sidewalk all the way to this intersection. We walk to the hospital and here must walk in the street, where employees and patients sometimes race home to 10th St., not expecting walkers in the street. Help!
