'Davis Family Music Lessons' sign in the median in the grass just off S High Street at E Greenbriar Lane. Looks like ROW to me.
'Davis Family Music Lessons' sign in the median in the grass just off S High Street at E Greenbriar Lane. Looks like ROW to me.
'CORE Storm Damage Repair' sign at the corner of S High Street and Rock Creek Drive, seems ROW to me.
'Davis Family Music Lessons' sign at the corner of E Third and Woodscrest, near the Walk-in clinic in the grass. The Elevate map shows that the property line does not extend to the foot path. You have to decide whether this is in the ROW or not.
'Davis Family Music Lessons' sign in the grass at the corner of S Weatherstone Lane and E Hillside Drive. Not sure if that is ROW.
Due to efforts to calm traffic on Hawthorne and Maxwell traffic has increased considerably on Sheridan and Southdowns. Please provide both immediate (temporary) and long term tools to calm traffic to avoid a car hitting a pedestrian, biker, etc. on the bike paths on the same road.
'Davis Family Music Lessons' in the grass in front of Panera at 2748 E Third Street. It seems there is a new version of the Elevate map, which makes it unclear to me whether it is in the ROW.
On the new Elevate map it is impossible to see where the ECC property ends and where Second and High Streets begin. There are 2 ECC Preschool temporary signs, one each on High and E Second, in the grass, that have been there for at least 90 days. Could in this case the UDO Bloomington, 20.04.100 be applied and the signs removed?
No crosswalk for kids coming from school there is no school zone signs anywhere and we need a light there for the kids to cross the road
An extremely bright and misdirected floodlight was recently installed on the shed-like building on the south portion of the lot. The fixture is casting dangerously bright and offensive glare on the back sides of the adjacent properties and the front of houses across the street. Please ask the absentee owner to follow normal procedures and guidelines when making changes to this once cute house that has unfortunately been allowed to be dragged down to its current condition.
There have been many wonderful improvements with the new Hawthorne Greenway, but there's a glaring absence of a decent pedestrian crosswalk from Weatherstone Ave. walking East or West across Woodlawn two new accessible curb cuts were made on the Weatherstone side of that intersection, but then, there's no crossing support for pedestrians to get into the park from there. I think a lot more kids will be taking that path from Weatherstone or from Hawthorne to cut across the park to get into Templeton Elementary School. A painted, raised crosswalk with signage would be ideal. Is that in the plans?
