The street light south of aforementioned address is either very dim or just broken. Since that light is out of commission, all of Indiana Ave is poorly lit and deemed unsafe.
There is a tent setup on the curb doing some sort of commerce and the customers and staff are taking over the sidewalk, blocking pedestrian paths.
I let you know homeless people leaving clothes on grass can city pick them up thanks
An increasing number of individuals are sleeping on the sidewalk every night along with their belongings. They are shielded from view & passing cars by presence of the tree planter. These people inevitably need to use the bathroom throughout the course of the night and do so on the surrounding properties leaving fecal messes all around - both an unsanitary hazard and burden on those who have to clean it up. In the mornings when they leave the area there is always a sizeable mess of garbage, clothing, personal belongings, needles... left behind on the sidewalk, tree planter ledge and surrounding areas.
The right of way between 911 and 917 N. Maple St is overgrown and needs a mow.

The time has come for something to be done about the concrete railroad bridge that spans N. Adams Street. Yet another large piece has sheared off of the face of the bridge due to the pounding of the train as it crosses. The rebar is now exposed. Regardless of what "inspectors" say, we Bloomington citizens deserve better than to have a liability like this in our city. Inspectors aren't able to visibly see cracking and fracturing inside the bridge itself. If the face is shearing off, there are cracks throughout the entire structure. Demand that INRR replace this bridge.
I am replying to an email from Adam Wason- he told me to tell my condo HOA to put up a sign ‘ no soliciting’ as a response to my complaint against Comcast for hanging a 24 inch flyer on my doorknob. I suggest the City either ticket xfinity, pass an ordinance requiring them to have a local phone number so denizens can call them and complain, or both. There is no local number only the Corporate Comcast.
When will you ever help us to clean up the mess left behind by Duke and/or the city? We've been asking for at least 6 months. You have blown us off for all this time, claiming your contractors are at fault. This is a LIE. Mayor Hamilton - this is ON YOU! This mess is a garbage pile left behind by your contractors. Clean it up or some of us will make it an election issue for you.
