Storm drain doesn't handle rainfall when a lot comes down in a short amount of time. Flooded our garage on May 26 2024. Water travels from the north on Lincoln St and carries debris and dirt in large amounts. thank you
The side of the street some 4 feet long has sunk into the ground, creating a large hole that regularly fills with water.
There's a water meter or something in the road that has a pot hole around it. It's in the east bound lane of Country Club Drive just west of the B-Line Trail crossing. You'll see it.

I reported this issue back in April. No one has touched it. There is a massive track about a foot deep right off the edge of the road. It is constantly full of mud and water that worsens every time it rains. Please take care of this before winter!!
Recently, I reported some damage to the E. Regents Circle street, which the City immediately fixed. The repair work was OUTSTANDING, by the way! The promptness and quality of the repair work was spot-on ... many thanks to the City! However, after a few months we've noticed that the asphalt used for the repair appears to now be "separating" from the original pavement of the East edge of street (see attached photo). Our concern is that as winter approaches, there will be opportunities for water/snow/ice to accumulate, freeze, and actually cause *more* damage to the original repair work. One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.
entire geranium lane is covered in large pothols and now water is standing in multiple areas
