Standing water over drain. Continuing problem since recent street work.
On E. Reed Court the street drains are blocked by leaves, causing flooding that has made the road impassable to compact cars
7-20-2020: Second major flooding in Vance Music due to rainwater: Alleywork by City (install a water line?), water filters through alley surface patch, floods basement. This time, CFC Properties notified us their basement flooded as well. Alley needs resolution, Vance Music has lost property. Olympus will need to assess any structural damage due to water infiltration. Please advise.
I don't this has been satisfactorily. Maybe I wasn't clear. I'm glad this damage doesn't interfere with meter functioning. BUT if nothing has been done, the concrete (?) surround is STILL LOOSE and it is STILL potentially HAZARDOUS to PEDESTRIANS. Thanks! Have been unable to find this pit at location given in original report. Could an address/ nearest building be provided so problem can be resolved?
The Meadowwood retirement has big pond with fountain in the middle and runoff stream goes into lake Griffy. Last few weeks the pond reeks of sewer and the stream into lake Griffy is horrible smelling almost raw sewer look please look into this ASAP!!
I just wanted to thank the city and its employee Jon Callahan for resolving a recent issue in a timely and efficient manner.Great work!
possible water-main break. at the intersection of walnut & 6th st, there's a lot of water on the street that is freezing which could cause cars to slide.
I am the VP of Peppergrass HOA and want to report that two storm sewer basins which are located in the center of the roads in Pepperchase and Grasstree Ct have sunken sever inches below the road surface and create a significant jolt when a care passes over them. Ther are also about a dozen places on the roads in Peppergrass that could use patching.
Hey All, Curious about hunting on land owned by the city. There is a small parcel located north of Dillman Rd alongside Clear Creek (39.09384 -86.55440) that I am interested in. Is any hunting allowed on land owned by the city?
I am the owner-occupier at 1604 E University St. January 8-10, a water line had frozen and was repaired under the gravel alley that leads to the driveway/parking spots at the back of my house (and 3 other residences). At the conclusion of the repair, the two large holes that had been dug to access the water line had been filled in and some new gravel was spread over them. I do not believe that enough gravel was replaced, as the alley is now incredibly uneven and there are several large low spots that make it difficult to navigate, especially in the recent icy/snowy conditions. Is it possible for the City to add some more gravel to the alley?
