The culvert where the creek from "The Fields" crosses under Moores Pike is beginning to fail. The shoulder plus a few inches into the roadway on the south side of the street is beginning to collapse. Past efforts to shore up the roadway have involved dumping rip-rap to prevent undercutting of the roadway but this might be more serious. I noticed this in the evening and could not get a decent photo.
Two large storm drains in my back yard have significant erosion around them. The worse one (pictured) has a foot wide by 5 foot long by 2 feet deep hole next to it where stormwater is entering this hole rather than entering into the drainage system. I'm afraid to mess with it myself, so I was hoping that the city can either take care of it or give me guidance on what to do.
Rain patterns are changing. My neighborhood has no storm water drainage. The water flows down from N Dunn unabated. All my neighbors and I have done remediation but the volume of water flowing across our properties has dramatically increased. All of us have experienced flooding. I have lived in my house for 21 years. I have never had a flood in my basement. I have had two in the past month. We pay every month for storm water removal in our utilities bill, but in truth all the cost has actually fallen to the home owners. Please look into this. We all feel that storm water needs to be captured at N Dunn St. I look forward to your response.
Left a voice message saying her clients at the Monroe Medical Art property are affected by property taking for I-69. She was told we are working with the I-69 developer for utility relocation work and wants to make sure their water and sewer will be taken care of.
Mr Williams left a voice message for me on 8/14/15 regarding drainage in the back yard area of his neighborhood.
Ms Kim left a voice message this morning. I returned her call this afternoon and she explained she is concerned with the runoff in their back yard. Their neighbor put logs along their back yard and it pushes the runoff over into her back yard. She wants to know if they can do this. I told her this is probably an issue between the neighbors but I would be happy to come out and look at it.

The latest guy was swinging a handheld machine randomly and looking at thr flags across the street before placing a yellow street warning and a flaf. The 2 different flags placed different at about 6 inches. I was watching the guy (very large man) as he was marking because he seemed to totally putting lines by looking across the street at the flags his coworker was putting down. He swang the machine but was never looking down for any reading or whatever the machine is supposed to say. I definitely do not want anyone digging in my yard! I do not give permission. Also, what is this far? Again, I do not give permission for my home.
