There is an inordinate amount of water that comes off 2nd St in a big drain pipe and into the backyards. Her neighbor enclosed a drainage swale and the pipe is not deep enough and now pushes water onto a different location on her property. She said a guy from the City came out before and said what her neighbor did on his property was wrong and changed things. She has hired a contractor to try and fix her property so it doesn't go in her crawl space but wants the city to look at it because she isn't sure she can do these things and isn't sure she is responsible.
I was wandering who is responsible for removing debris from the drainage ditch on RCA Park Drive. Just want to know if I am responsible. Thank You
Bloomington seal coat paving does lots of driveways in my neighborhood. They make an asphalt ramp to the street that totally fills in the gutter. Is this allowed? It pushes the water out into traffic.
For Phil Peden. I totally agree with your solution of #172661. Several neighborhoods but most recently Park Ridge East. Any chance you could call to suggest the more appropriate solution for the future? Thank you if so!

Bad drainage
160453*** work has been done, but this neighborhood that has been affected by the drainage, do not see a sufficient ditch to accommodate the drainage we endure. Please explain what has been done. Attn engineer Phil or Project person Ed.
storm water pipes are clogged and stream bed is eroding. This is on the B-line just west of the rail overpass and across from the new Habitat development. Looks like i'm about to loose a tree to erosion in the storm ditch.
There is a water leak at approximately 734 N. Woodbridge Dr. It started on Sunday morning, and to my knowledge, no one has tried to fix it. Our apartment complex is aware of the issue, but the leak has continued to run for four days. So far, at least 5,000 gallons of water have been wasted.
