There was a water line break on Sunday behind 2252 E Cape Cod Dr, Bloomington, IN 47401. The City of Bloomington Utilities patched the line and filled the hole. However, would like to know if City of Bloomington will repair and asphalt the patch and if this is the monetary responsibility of the City of Bloomington. Please advise.
Strong sewer smell coming from Southside neighborhoods by Summit Elementary.
We have had an on and off influx of horrible sewage smells on the south side of Bloomington for several months. It’s not just one house or a neighborhood. The smell is pungent from the corner of Old State road 37 south and E. Roher road continuing west to Roger and south to Clear Creek. Ever since construction started on west Gordon pike. It’s nauseating, has consistently awoken me from sleep, and is down right unpleasant. What if anything is being done? A sinkhole has developed in the road in an area where a water main leak was repaired last fall.
Sewer line is running slow and was backed up on Friday in my basement sink
The storm drain at the corner of E Hillside and S Olive is clogged once again. This is due to the all of the runoff from gravel driveways south and uphill of the drain. This is a repeat problem everytime it rains. Please clear the drain and work on a longterm solution.
Live in Prospect Hill and have noticed the storm sewer drains have not been cleaned . Many of them are caked with mud, twigs etc.
After the last storm, water draining damaged a portion of the road in front of our house, and part of the front lawn was washed into the drainage ditch
Hello I’m researching possibly pouring a concrete slab out my back door & I have a couple questions that I hope will help get me going in the right direction. 1. Who do I need to contact regarding this to get started? The city/county? The HOA? 2. My back door is close to the property line & a large drain. How big could a concrete slab be? Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves.
