As commonly done when the storm drain is cleaned they dump the debris into the yard which ends up killing the grass I was told that when they clean the drains they're supposed to take the debris with them. I'd appreciate it if they would I've been fighting keeping grass growing here and when the water goes fast if there's no grass growing it takes the topsoil. Thank you

On Saturday, May 29, 2021, this City-owned site was producing a lot of loud construction noises after 10:30pm. The noises included audible beeping from trucks or equipment backing up and loud banging noises, possibly the sound of either dump truck tailgates slamming on the bed of the trucks or some sort of excavator hitting the ground repeatedly. City ordinances only allow construction noises up to 10pm. Can the City be a better neighbor and not produce these loud, annoying noises at such late hours of the day?
Sidewalk on south side of W 17th just east of tri north construction entrance covered with mud again. I can't overemphasize that the sidewalk itself is serving as a culvert to drain several acres and this problem will not go away on its own when the construction crews leave. I'll try to remember to come out here with a ruler when it rains next week to record the depth of the creek. Kids will be using this sidewalk to walk to school even on rainy days and their shoes should not be completely submerged!! We are going to look into this today (5/17). We believe that a soil stockpile and a storm drain with inlet protection is not allowing water to flow into the storm drain. We are going to investigate again and see if we can identify the exact issue.
CBU utility repair project in street several months ago was never completed. Street is now crumbling.

There is a drainage issue outside our neighbor’s home that is running in front of our home as well. The standing water has been there for about a year, is disgusting and has an odor that smells like fish. I am concerned about our children getting sick from getting this contaminated water on their hands and body. This is located on the cul-de-sac of S Bay Hill Court in Fieldstone Subdivision - specifically in front of 431 S Bay Hill Court. Walking by 419 Highland Street I have noticed water being discharged from a pipe leading from the house to the street. It appears to be intermittent so I suspect it is from the washing machine. Based on the staining and algae in the street I suspect that it has been going on for some time.
There is sewage spilling out from a white pipe located next to the house with toilet papers and other toiletries coming out and onto the yard and down the sidewalk.
