Greetings- Please direct this to Angie Grubb-Flick's attention. On Indiana Ave just north of Kirkwood in the east side lane there appear to be two missing water valve lids. We are having a road foot race (city permit obtained) on Saturday morning Oct 27, 2018 and need these lids replaced or filled for safety.
We received a call from a gentleman concerned about a pungent sewage small. He is concerned that there is a problem with the sewer on the north end of Cascades Park.
The new sidewalks on the northwest corner of Sare and Rogers have been badly damaged from utility trucks driving on them. There could have been some plywood or metals plates used to cover the walks to protect them.
I live at 525 N Park Ridge RD. I called several times about sidewalk collapsing over water line. Please repair. Worry about safety of pedestrians.
The street repair jobs done on Hillside after the construction work this week at the intersection of Clifton is not holding up. It's been gradually sinking into the ground over the last four days with all the traffic going over it. It will likely start causing damage within the next few days if it isn't addressed soon. There's another patch that was part of that same effort at the intersection of Nancy, but it's not quite as bad. But I would suspect it will need addressing shortly thereafter since it also shows signs of settling.
I live at 1009 S. Lincoln St., and running in a perpendicular line to the street from our water access, at the house edge of the sidewalk, there's a big hole. It seems to go below the sidewalk a little. I'm not sure if I should just fill it in, or if it is indicative of a larger problem that should be addressed. I'd love a little guidance from the experts! 2 utility cuts urgently need paving. the first one is on E Second, between Anita and Rose. 2 cuts next to each other. A nasty surprise for unsuspecting motorists. The second one is on E First, between Grant and Lincoln. It is the whole width of the street.
There is a low hanging branch that is hitting one of our school buses near the three way stop.
Section of sidewalk has risen 4-5 inches causing a hazard to the neigborhood kid on their bikes- they hit it and it causes an accident. I have seen other spots where the high side has been shaved off to be level? Very easy to spot, between my house 3824 and the neighbors, 3820.
On 1st Street, just west of Jordan there is a patch of roadway that is rough. I think it was a recent utility project or something, but it could use another layer of asphalt. Thanks.
