Mr. Lenahan called to report major flooding at the corner of Hillside & S. Madison behind the Community Kitchen (closest cross point to reference). He says that the intakes seem to be stuck. He would like to be updated consistently as the project progresses.
Erosion next to road, between open ditch and pavement, needs fill dirt and straw in this area.
Storm grate needs some cement around it.
Water bubbling up on sidewalk
Sewage is coming out of downstairs bathroom toilet.
Customer wanted gutter drains repaired and yard work done.
There is erosion around the storm drain.
Ditch behind house is full of junk and needs to be cleaned out.
Mr. Meetz called on 3/19/15 to report a damaged storm pipe that has separated and is starting to slide down into a drainage ditch. Also, a hole has formed in their yard over the pipe.
At the intersection of Kirkwood and Indiana, the storm grate is off.
