This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. Strong sewer gas odor on several back patios at the Windermere East development - 2604 E. Covenanter Drive.
The Hunter foot path, between Eastside and Mitchell, which is maintained by the city, has a spring bubbling up through the pavement at the west end of the house at 500 Eastside Drive. You can see that the water is undercutting the pavement, and the city can expect that it will collapse in upon itself sooner or later. Hopefully, not when somebody is walking or biking over it.
The front yards of the houses on the highest lots on Gourley Pike smell like sewage. Please flush the main line. No odor masking cakes, please.
Strong odor coming from the ditch/stream behind our house and along the B Line Trail.
Regarding ticket #168173 says it was resolved, but is not. issue remains. Need runoff dug to correct drop. From previous report "Insufficient runoff drainage on the East side of S. Meadowbrook Dr in Parkridge East between 111 S. Meadowbrook drive and the 101 S Meadowbrook Dr causing significant backups and flooding for residents. Particularly the runoff drainage ditch is blocking the culvert in front of 111 S. Meadowbrook. Picture attached. Request the drainage ditch be deepened in this area so that the culvert is unblocked and provides sufficient slope to keep water flowing toward E. Morningside runoff drainage."
Last night, 9/3, There was a storm drain cover on the SW corner of 15th and Lincoln that was not seated properly. I stepped on it and fell through. Some students helped me up and tried to set the cover on. Someone needs to check on it.
In CFC Shower Plaza parking lot just west of the west entrance. We are concerned that someone might trip/hurt themselves.
