I've sent a few uReports about the service not working on my iPhone 14 (the request never fully processes - I never get the "thank you - here's your ticket number". So, I've taken to submitting uReports from my laptop (MacBook Pro, Catalina OS, version 10.15.7, using Chrome Browser) and found additional usability issues. For example, when I click on "find me" within a uReport request, the resulting map takes up the rest of the screen, and will not allow me to scroll down to the "general information" section or to submit the request! To do so, I had to minimize the View Zoom. This is true in both Chrome and Safari. I know there are plans to replace uReport. I'm definitely interested in being part of a resident testing group whenever there is a new system and/or upgrades to this one.

The amount issued for parking tickets is absolutely ridiculous and while waiting for my pay check to come in in order to pay it, it doubled in less than a month.

Why am I not able to send a Ureport by cellphone, or is it that it will not go through on a weekend? Today I filed Ureport 188867 on my computer. But yesterday I tried 4 times to send it by cellphone, and it would not go through. And I have had this problem before while trying to file reports while I am in the park.

Deep pothole near 601 N Summitt St created by gigabitnow installers. NOTE: I tried submitting this from my iPhone 14 Pro and the request never fully resolved. I'm happy to show someone what is going on to be able to submit uReports from my phone.

FYI: I've tried submitting this several times using Safari on both macOS and iOS and I fails every time I include a photo, so I'm leaving it out for now but can provide it later if desired. (I think your webform doesn't know how to handle heic images.) In any case, I reported this issue to INDOT, but at first they said I should report it to IU. So I did. Then later they said I should report it to the city. So I am. This is an open/unpaved section of the multi-use path. It's been in this state for months and is getting worse. Can this be repaired?

The information on your page re: Healthy Indiana [ http://bloomington.in.gov/documents/viewDocument.php?document_id=2334 ] is not correct. My daughter read that and waited the specified 6 months to apply for health insurance. She went to the City building to get an application. And then she learned that it is only for people WITH DEPENDENTS. Please re-read your page and note that no where on that page does it say you need to have a dependent. It is wrong and misleading and needs to be corrected.
