I received a bill in September for water, however my name is no longer on the lease at this property and I do not live there anymore.

My water bill isn’t regulated and the water bill fluctuates and without information about why my bills are higher I am only a household of one person - and my power goes on and off and it’s off sometimes for longer than 8 hours. I also found out they have empty trailers and they are having us residence cover the bills for those empty trailers and that isn’t right.
We would like to cancel services and receive final billing for Act. # 4153-001. Old National Wealth Management can provide any and all documentation needed for your records. Thank you.
Neither my husband nor I received notification of the water main break last night that lead to no running water for several hours. We went to update our contact information from the website https://bloomington.in.gov/utilities, but the following "Customers update their contact information electronically" doesn't work. https://bton.in/cbu24?fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR23Jyw13G9sLmcf1i9zU1qC5HNrFGVLc4HxDKBsjzCa9YwNwP6TWE3iysw_aem_X1E7yHOoSJNCE-K8X5w3lw It goes to a google drive page that says "We're sorry. You can't access this item because it is in violation of our Terms of Service."
Unrealistic high water usage
We were not responsible for the water loss on 08/25, our pipes bursted and I’m requesting a proper billing adjustment for the month of August. Thank you!
People are using old inactive cable jacks and making them live again. But they are using them to hurt people with in there homes. Running electricity or pulse waves through them and hooking them up to modern technology!! Old phone and cable lines and wall jacks.
My usage this month is 5,000 gallons, but in previous months it was usually only around 2,000 gallons. I’m not sure why it jumped so much. Is there any reason for the sudden increase? Was there a rate change or something wrong with the meter?
I have signed up for online access, but to date I am not getting my bills online. What do I need to do?
