Hello, There is water coming up from under the paved surface of the city hall parking lot. The water leak is located in the east-most visitor parking spot -- where the drain is located. In the alley behind parking garage next to Scottys. Graffiti all over trash dumpsters, fencing housing trash cans, and recent report of multiple rats seen in this area and excessive trash (not observed today).

Who is responsible for maintaining the city roundabout landscaped areas? The "Renwick" roundabout on Moores Pike is well-maintained on the east, west and south sides. However, on the north side (by the Ridgemede sign) the median strip is full of weeds and vacant of plants. Please respond ... thank you!
