The curb cut on the SW corner of 9th and Walnut is in bad disrepair. Impassable for anyone in a wheelchair and also very dangerous for everyone. It's been this way for several months now.
There was talk of redoing this curb at some point, but I never heard more. I own the property where it would be expanded (1100 S. Rogers St.). People drive over it on a regular basis. Is there still a plan to fix it? Thanks!
Bushes along williamsburg prevent cars turning out from in front of barnes and noble from seeing northbound traffic that doesn't have to stop
Two houses on Mitchell (between Hunter and 2nd St) have multiple bags of garbage which were not picked up during trash pick up yesterday which have now been strewn all over the street.
Lot overgrown at 2324 E 7th Street. Attracting rodents.
700 E. Wylie, someone parks a semi truck near the intersection creating visibility issues
We share backyard fence with a rental property on 508 First St and they have used it as dumping ground for old furniture including mattresses, a fire hazard and breeding ground for mice and other vermin.
The footpath on the NW corner of College Ave & Old 37 has an extremely steep section approaching the curb cuts designating the College Ave. pedestrian crosswalk. It is quite unusable for power wheelchairs. Moreover, the lack of a side path along Old SR 37 means coming from Gourley Pike, I must approach the intersection with my chair in the motorway running against oncoming traffic. Of necessity, I must operate in the center of the lane keeping away from the soft shoulder. This is potentially quite hazardous for me given the 40+ mph cross- & turning-traffic and the concrete trucks that frequent this intersection.
