I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? Road is being blocked - this home appears to be running a mechanics shop out of their garage and they have accumulated 5-6 large trucks which they are always repairing as well as a gooseneck trailer making this area unsafe for pedestrians

When the curb between the bike lane and car lane was reconstructed gaps were left in the pavement. Generally the pavement repair was not done to the standard usually expected of Bloomington roads.

There is a Detour sign across from Griffin Realty pointing north on College Ave. College Ave is one-way street going south. I have kept a spreadsheet of cars going the wrong way for several years. The number has increased tremendously during the month of August 2024. January - July 2024 I witnessed 18 vehicles driving the wrong way. In August there have been 25 vehicles driving the wrong way. I'm only at the office Monday-Friday from about 11:00 am to about 5:00 pm - so there are probably many more. It seems to me that something should be done about this. Thanks, Rachel LaGrange

ATT has not repaired downed utility lines since the storm several months ago. Who is responsible for making sure that ATT takes care of their lines? (I am not an ATT customer)
