As of this afternoon, I have orange and red flags marching across my front lawn, far from the utility easement. I don't think there are electrical or TV cable wires there at present. Is ATT about to put them there?
There is a car completely blocking the sidewalk in the driveway at 3313 S Allendale Dr. It's positioned such that a person in a wheelchair or a parent with a stroller has to go uphill on the grass a bit to cross the driveway. The car has been there without moving at least since Christmas.
The sidewalk from here all the way to the pedestrian crossing at Olcott sucks. It's an awful garbage sidewalk. There's been several reports about it being unsafe, and it's constantly blocked by vegetation. It's narrow and precipitous in places. Anything wider than a sedan risks clipping pedestrians.
Smith and Fairview, northeast corner, overgrown shrub obstructs line of sight for traffic turning onto Fairview from Smith.
Resident reported poor visibility due to overgrowth on the East side of Walnut Pike.

The vegetation along Smith Ave from Euclid to Walker is out of control AGAIN. It overgrows into both sides of Smith so cars get scratched. If you want to turn onto Smith from Buckner you CANNOT see East on Smith to know if a car is coming West on Smith. Going East and West on Smith, the same problem occurs both directions on Davisson. This is a chronic problem every year. I believe Smith is platted as 16 feet wide, but there is definitely not that much clearance. I also believe there is city law that says vegetation should be cut back 3 feet from the street edges. If owners would cut their vegetation back one foot from the paved edge of Smith it would be a lot better. I'd appreciate contact from you after you look into this. Thank You!! No access ramps onto sidewalks in Sherwood Oaks neighborhood. Individuals in wheel chairs often use the street, which is quite dangerous due to excessive speeds on Allendale. Kids on bikes are also displaced into the street, another danger to to excessive speeds and failure to stop at stop signs on Allendale. Parents with strollers as well struggle with no access ramps.
