I live in the apartment building on the corner of 2nd and High street. The entrance to its parking lot is from High street, very close to the corner. Any time there's a car stopped at the light the entrance is blocked, and the light is delayed for those cars, so unless you are coming in from the south, you have to wait for those cars to go, blocking traffic behind you, or go around the block. Could it be possible to paint the sign in front of the parking lot entrance that cars should not stop there for the light, but a little further from the entrance, and should not block the entrance to the lot? Mixed use path is blocked by several trucks and construction vehicles. The are blocking the path with several saw horses and actively cutting wood right in the path.

You have to walk on the median because tree has grown over the sidewalk. Needs trimmed badly

Bush overgrown into sidewalk, you hit it when walking or have to move off sidewalk.

There are 4 grade schoolers and a toddler living at 1402 W 8th. Several residents in Waterman push strollers. A blind man and his service dog walk to/from his home on West 8th. Drivers occasionally reach 50 mph on 8th street. A "slow children" sign might slow them down.
