Caller complained about line of sight not being adequate for drivers traveling north on Highland attempting to turn West on Hillside. They stated their view of westbound traffic on Hillside is obstructed.

Norma was out with a Streets crew this morning collecting leaves and called with a line of sight issue at the NW corner of Skyline Drive and Kinser Pike. She said a pine tree that sits on the resident's side of the sidewalk blocks the view both north and south when trying to pull out on the street.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Caller has witnessed many people ignoring the stop sign at the corner of Clarizz and Buick Cadillac Dr. Because some children cross at that intersection walking to Binford-Rogers, she wonders about putting in a pedestrian crossing signal or crosswalk.
Property next door, appears abandoned, door open, becoming an issue with the homeless and wild animals.
