Ms. Brinegar stated that near the above address there is a low place in the north side of the roadway. Ms. Brinegar stated that it is simking more and more and the water collects there for long periods of time. She would like someone to take a look at this area and if you need moore inforamtion or to provide her with an update please give her a call.
Citizen is Pres. of Prospect Hill N'hood Assn. Says water has washed out "several deep potholes" on the west side of the 200 block of South Jackson Street.
There is a large pothole/swamp forming in front of 104 N Roosevelt Street. Despite the fact that it hasn't rained in several days there is a large quantity of stagnant stinky water forming here that presents a hazard to drivers and pedestrians.
The water from the spigot next to the Bryan Park tennis courts is spraying rather than streaming, which makes it difficult for dogs to get a drink.
STREET CLEANERS CAME BY WHILE HE WAS WASHING HIS CAR, DUSTING IT ALL UP. THE MACHINES WERE BROKEN OR OUT OF WATER. HE THINKS THEY SHOULD BE FIXED AND FILLED.
MS. STONER STATED THAT THERE APPEARS TO BE A SINKHOLE IN HER BACKYARD. SHE LIVES IN WALNUT CREEK SUBDIVISION. SHE IS RECEIVING THE WATER RUNOFF FROM HER NEIGHBORS THAT SEEMS TO PULL IN HER BACKYARD.
