SW offered one courtesy pickup for resident but would not do it again. DF picked trash up stating that the can was almost full with water in addition to the trash and had to be drained of water prior to being moved.

Footer for detached garage is being dug to close to the property line. Plans show five foot set back. Also while digging footer owner hit some kind of concrete box and water is flowing into footer. Owner has a sump pump to get rid of the water.
