We are contacting you with hopes of getting some advice regarding the storm water stream that runs along E Vernon Ave in Matlock Heights neighborhood. There is a storm/ rain water stream( path) that runs under N Dunn Rd , goes west on E Vernon Ave and under Fritz Dr and eventually goes into a larger creek. Over the past few years this pathway has been deteriorating with some of the road erosion happening right before the water goes into the culvert under our driveway. The previous owner of our property added some rocks and blocks but it does not solve the road erosion problem. We are needing guidance and help since we do not know how to address the erosion and also the public road. What IS GOING ON? I reported a water valve cover missing over 3 weeks ago on 1800 E Hillside Dr at the corner of 1500 S Dorchester Dr. You have an 8" hole in the road & right at school bus stop.

I called to have my water turned off today, Sunday, because water from my toilet was flooding my house. When I called I was told it would be $170 to turn iff my water. I agreed because the water was flooding my floors. When someone came out it took about a half hour or more for the nice guy to find the meter. I told him it was in my neighbor's driveway. The guy checked with water company then said cars or trucks were covering the meter with no access. I am requesting the service charge be voided as I live on social security. I am also requesting that you move my water meter to my backyard instead of my neighbors driveway. At no charge to me because it was a mistake to combine my meter with my neighbors.

Our home has reduced water pressure today, I noticed it earlier this morning, last night it was fine. I don't see any leaks running onto street or in neighboring yards. If pressure was automatically lowered this is concerning, our home has boiler heat and when this happened in the winter our boilerwas negatively impacted. Can our pressure be restored? Thanks

I have read the statements released by CBU/Tyler Steury about the water smell/taste being just an aesthetic issue, and at first that assuaged my concerns. However, I have been experiencing diarrhea after consuming the water since the end of August. I've been able to get a couple days of relief here and there just by avoiding the water, but it comes back when I lapse by getting a fountain soda or ordering food with a lot of tap water (soup, pasta). I've spoken with many other residents with the same issue. Also, our pets who drink tap water have been getting sick. I'm deeply concerned that CBU isn't effectively mitigating the algal toxins. I can't find cylindrospermopsin and microcystins levels on the CBU website, so I can't compare them with the EPA Drinking Water Health Advisory levels at https://www.epa.gov/cyanohabs/epa-drinking-water-health-advisories-cyanotoxins. Is CBU testing for toxins daily, and where is that data?

The water taste/smell/quality here has been horrible for weeks. It’s insane that we still pay the same amount of money in our water bills for water that is undrinkable (due to awful taste). I’m tired of having to spend money on extra water sources. You’d think after multiple years of this same problem you guys would be able to put together a solution!
