"The City of Bloomington should clean up & cut all weeds in the City or enforce the ordinance violations." Complaintant was upset about a neighbor's weeds in backyard but did not want to register a specific complaint about it. Also said she will be writing a letter to the editor about this.

WENTWORTH SENT A LETTER TO ENG. DEPT ON 9/19/96. HE STATED THAT HIS WIFE HAS BEEN CALLING IN THE PAST FEW WEEKS REGARDING A STORM DRAINAGE PROBLEM. THE RUN OFF HAS CAUSED EROSION WHICH HAS EXPOSED THE WENTWORTH'S SANITARY DRAIN.
