Mrs Smith's daughter called and her parents live at this address. Both parents have health concerns. According to the Municipal code the West side of the street is no parking and is posted no parking.. The daughter states that cars park on both sides of the street making it impossible for anoyone to drive down the street. She is concerned that emergency personnel could not get to her parents if needed.
tenants are parking on grass and driving across neighbors yard. (corner lot) complainant says this is possibly over occupied but Carol just did the cycle on this and says it is the tenant's girlfriends staying over. Mr Hanna says the best time to see problem is in early morning and after fresh snow.
STATES THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM. ALLEY BETWEEN THE TWO PROPERTIES LEADS BACK TO A GARAGE FOR 1614. RESIDENTS OF 1614 REGULARLY PARK 2 OR MORE VEHICLES IN THE ALLEY AND CURRENTLY HAVE AN OLD TRUCK PARKED THERE THAT HE BELIEVES IS NOT PLATED AND HASN'T BEEN FOR SOME TIME. HAS COMPLAINED DIRECTLY TO THEM AND TO THE CITY IN THE PAST YET THEY CONTINUE TO USE THIS AS THEIR PRIVATE PARKING. WOULD LIKE TO SEE THIS MATTER RESOLVED. PLEASE CONTACT MR. MCKEE WITH INFO ON THE RESOLUTION OF THIS PROBLEM.

Pays for city parking permit; last year's permit expired, & in the two days he waited to get permit, he got two tickets. He thinks that it is ridiculous to pay to park in front of his own home, and it is frustrated that he was given tickets while applying for a new permit. He also disagrees with the appeal process because five days is not long enough for someone to file an appeal. He feels the parking policy is unjust.
Neighbors say there is a gravel path between Eastside and Mitchell and cars are being parked on the path at the Mitchell end of the path.
